My career to date has centered on designing and implementing strategies that connect people, places, and policies - from leading institutional foodservice audits and circular economy initiatives, to launching a regional Sustainable Tourism Learning Series, to authoring a first-of-its-kind sustainability scan for Ontario’s healthcare networks.
